SHIPPING POLICY

At Camo & Carnage, LLC, we're a small veteran-owned operation, and we treat every order like it matters — because it does. Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

More destinations coming as we grow. If you're outside the US or Canada and want to be notified when we ship to your country, drop your email in the signup at the bottom of our homepage.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

We're not a giant warehouse operation. Some products are made to order, leather patches are hand-finished, and quality control matters more to us than speed. We'd rather take an extra day than send out something that isn't right.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our hands.

SHIPPING RATES

United States

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75
  • Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout for orders under $75
  • Expedited shipping options available at checkout

Canada

  • Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Free shipping over $75 does not apply to Canadian orders

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates after the order ships, not from when you place it.

United States

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after fulfillment

Canada

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after fulfillment

Total time from order to doorstep:

  • US: roughly 8–14 business days
  • Canada: roughly 12–21 business days

CANADIAN ORDERS — IMPORTANT

If you're shipping to Canada, a few things you need to know:

  1. Customs, duties, and import taxes are not included in your order total. These are charged by Canada Border Services and are your responsibility, not ours.
  2. Delivery delays can happen during customs processing. We can't control how long packages take to clear customs. Most clear in a few days; some take longer.
  3. Refused packages. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we'll refund your order minus the original shipping cost. We can't refund shipping already paid to the carrier.
  4. Address accuracy. Double-check your shipping address before checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Click it, follow it, and you'll know exactly where your gear is.

If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (US) or 14+ business days (Canada), email us at CamoandCarnage@gmail.com and we'll dig into it.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's officially in your hands — and unfortunately, we can't be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

If tracking says delivered but you don't have it:

  1. Check around your property (porch, side door, garage, with a neighbor)
  2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark "delivered" early
  3. Contact your local carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post) with the tracking number to file a claim
  4. Email us at CamoandCarnage@gmail.com and we'll help however we can

For high-theft areas, we recommend shipping to a work address or PO box.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, that one's on us.

Email CamoandCarnage@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or wrong item
  • A short description of the issue

We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

PROCESSING DELAYS

A few things outside our control that may slow things down:

  • High-volume periods (holidays, new drops, viral TikTok moments) — we'll always note this on the homepage if processing is running behind
  • Carrier delays (weather, regional carrier issues, customs)
  • Address verification holds if billing/shipping info doesn't match

We'll always communicate if there's a delay. No ghosting.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to change your address, cancel, or modify an order? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, the order is in fulfillment and can't be stopped.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use USPS, UPS, and Canada Post depending on destination and package size.
