RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Camo & Carnage, LLC stands behind every hat, tumbler, and tee we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
THE BASICS
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund. Reach out within that window and we'll take care of you.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
WHAT DOESN'T QUALIFY
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
- Items damaged from normal wear, washing, or misuse
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered — that one's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No return shipping required.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email CamoandCarnage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address
- Ship the item back using a trackable carrier (we strongly recommend tracking — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error.
Original shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
You choose how you want your refund:
Option 1 — Original payment method: Refund back to the card or payment method used at checkout. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it's processed.
Option 2 — Store credit: Receive store credit equal to your purchase amount, redeemable at camoandcarnage.com. Store credit never expires.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? Email us at CamoandCarnage@gmail.com. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven't already entered fulfillment. After that, the order is in motion and can't be stopped — but you can still return it once it arrives.
