ABOUT THE BRAND

Who is Camo & Carnage? We're a veteran-owned apparel and lifestyle brand built by US Army veteran Michael Hendrix. We make leather patch hats, drinkware, and apparel for veterans, blue-collar workers, first responders, and patriots — the people who actually carry the weight. No costume patriotism. No stolen valor. Just real gear for real ones.

Is Camo & Carnage really veteran-owned? Yes. Founder Michael Hendrix served 4.5 years active duty in the US Army as a Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment Mechanic before being medically discharged. This brand was built from that experience and the years that followed.

What does "DD214 Gang" mean? A DD214 is the military discharge document every service member receives when they separate from active duty. "DD214 Gang" is shorthand for those who've earned it — those who served honorably and carry that identity with them long after the uniform comes off.

What does the Camo & Carnage name mean? Camo — for the four and a half years it's all our founder wore. The uniform, the brotherhood, the days that blurred together. Carnage — for the part nobody warns you about. The constant moving, failed relationships, the pace of military life, and the wreckage you carry home. Calm one second, chaos the next. It's both. The pride and the price.

THE MISSION

Where does the donation money go? A portion of every qualifying purchase goes to Veterans Aid Network (veteransaidnetwork.net) — a small nonprofit that helps veterans the moment the need hits, not weeks later when paperwork clears.

Why Veterans Aid Network? Because they actually move when it counts. A lot of veteran charities mean well but get stuck in bureaucracy. VAN cuts through that and helps real veterans in real time.

Is Camo & Carnage affiliated with the US Department of Defense or any military branch? No. We're a privately owned veteran business. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Department of Defense, US Army, US Marine Corps, or any other government or military organization.

PRODUCTS

Are your hats real leather patches? Yes. Every leather patch is genuine leather, hand-finished, and built to last. No vinyl, no fake imitations, no cheap stickers.

What hat style do you use? Our flagship leather patch hats are built on the Richardson 112 — the industry standard for quality trucker hats. Structured front, mesh back, pre-curved visor, adjustable snapback. One size fits most.

How do your hats fit? One size fits most. The Richardson 112 has an adjustable snapback that fits roughly 6 ⅞" to 7 ⅝" head sizes. If you wear most snapbacks comfortably, this one will fit.

How do I care for my leather patch hat? Spot clean with warm water and dish soap. Use a soft brush for tougher spots. Never machine wash — water damages leather patches. Air dry only — no dryer, no direct sunlight. Treat the leather occasionally with a light leather conditioner for longevity.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe? Yes — top rack only. They're 20oz double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel and keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

Do you offer custom or personalized products? Not yet. We're focused on building out our core line first. Bulk and team orders may be available — email us at CamoandCarnage@gmail.com to inquire.

When are new drops? We don't follow a fixed schedule. We do limited runs — when something's gone, it's gone. Best way to know about new drops is to subscribe to our email list (10% off your first order) and follow us on TikTok @camoandcarnage.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship? United States and Canada.

How long does shipping take? Processing: 5–7 business days. US delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Canada delivery: 7–14 business days after fulfillment. Total time from order to doorstep: roughly 8–14 days for US, 12–21 days for Canada.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on all US orders over $75.

Why does processing take 5–7 days? Because we're a small veteran-owned operation, not Amazon. Some items are made to order, leather patches are hand-finished, and we'd rather take an extra day than send out something that isn't right. Worth the wait.

Will I get tracking? Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking email. If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (US) or 14+ (Canada), email us.

My package says "delivered" but I didn't get it. What do I do? Check around your property — porch, side door, neighbors. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark "delivered" early. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, Canada Post) to file a claim. Then email us at CamoandCarnage@gmail.com — we'll help where we can. Once a package is marked delivered, we can't be responsible for theft, but we'll do what we can.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I cancel or change my order? Yes — within 12 hours of placing your order, if it hasn't already entered fulfillment. After that, we can't stop it. Email CamoandCarnage@gmail.com ASAP if you need to change something.

Do you offer discount codes? Yes — sign up for our email list and get 10% off your first order with code JOINTHEGANG. We also run promotions throughout the year, especially around Veterans Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and military branch birthdays.

Are there military or first responder discounts? Not currently. We support the community through donations to Veterans Aid Network rather than across-the-board discounts. Working on a future ID verification discount program — stay tuned.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What's your return policy? 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. You choose refund to original payment or store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong? That's on us. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange for a different size or color? Easiest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

TIKTOK SHOP

What's the difference between buying from your website vs. TikTok Shop? Both are legit Camo & Carnage purchases — same products, same quality. Returns and refunds for TikTok Shop orders go through TikTok's policies. Shipping times may differ slightly. Customer service for TikTok orders is best handled through TikTok Shop's messaging. If you need help with a TikTok Shop order, message us through TikTok first. For anything else, email us directly.

Are products cheaper on TikTok Shop? Pricing is generally the same, but TikTok occasionally runs platform-wide promotions that don't apply to our website.

How do I sign up for emails? Subscribe at the bottom of any page on camoandcarnage.com. Get 10% off your first order, plus early access to new drops.

How do I sign up for text alerts? Opt in at checkout or through our SMS signup forms. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.
